Technical information
Our Enginnering Department offers different brush solutions for many industrial processes and needs. Several industrial sectors, as the construction, demands specific products and they trust in our experience of more than 80 years in the industrial brush manufacturing sector.
The manufacturing of technical brushes demands the direct cooperation between manufacturer and the end user. In JAZ ZUBIAURRE SA, we have specialized staff and technical resources for giving advice and offering the most suitable answer for your requests. We offer a whole service which includes the definition of the shape and materials to be used, manufacturing of necessary support tooling (axis or engine), end user training and automation of brushing process.
The knowledge of the different materials and wires is very important for the manufacturing of the right brush for each application. In our company we have high performance steel wires between 0,08 and 0,80 mm. , stainless steel wires, brass, abrasive nylon, german silver…We offer as well, high perfomance cable crimped wire in steel and in stainless steel.
We can provide our customers as well with brushes with different arbor holes: plain, with key, with keyways.
