Technical Information

The twist knot wire allows:
  • Long working life.
  • High removal capacity.
  • Possibility of working at high speed.

Exclusive design and patented multifitting thread in two different versions; one is valid for M14 and 5/8-11 attachments; the other is valid for M10 x 1,5 and M10 x 1,25 systems.
The new design is also extended to single threads. It allows an easier attachment and increases resistance resulting in more safety for the user.
Applications

  • Removal of welding and forge scale. Weld cleaning at the tube joints in
  • PIPE-LINES (Mod. CPL).

Metallic Structures, Pipe-Lines, Aeronautics, Car Industry, Food Industry, Shoe Industry, Tyre-Rubber.
Safety Handling System

It makes easier the handling of the wheel brush while positioning on the machine and provides safety for the end user avoiding pricks from the wire.
First passive safety system for industrial brushes; designed and patented by JAZ-ZUBIAURRE, S.A.
