Laminated wire brushes are a novelty in the industry of wire brushes. On one hand, this laminated brush provides more security and comfort while handling it as it avoids the pricks. On the other hand, the laminated wire brushes provide a high performance due to the low level of fracture of the laminated trims in comparison with the normal, not laminated, trims.
Advantages:
When specific brushing effects are required, such as nonsparking, prevention of rust contamination, very fine polishing, etc., there are other more appropriate wires: Brass, Stainless Steel, German Silver, Galvanised Steel, etc.
Cable Crimped Wire Brushes – High Performance
High Performance Brushes are made of cable crimped wire, which consists of groups of high resistance brass coated wires , which forms a flexible and compact unit. With this wire you can obtain similar finishing and removal capacity than the monofilament of 0,30 mm.
