Cable crimped wire consists of crimped cables made of several wires each forming a flexible and dense unit which gets a type of finish and removal capacity similar to that achieved by a 0,30 mm monofilament crimped wire. Cable wire provides for a 50% longer lasting brush, higher flexibility and reduces the breakage caused by flexing fatigue.

The exclusive and patented JAZ threaded nut provides easier tightening onto machines, greater resistance against torque,friction and deformation and allows the use of one brush on machines with different types of spindles: 5/8-11?, M14-2, M10x1,25 and M10x1,50.

It allows the fixing of any circular brush type CT onto any of the 8 most popular bore sizes.

High Resistance Brass Coated Steel wire (Tensile Res. 230-250 kgs/mm2 and 0,75% Carbon Content). Crimping method by 3D which allows a higher wire density and longer last.
