Cable Crimped Wire. High performance
High Performance brushes are made of cable wire, made of a bunch of high strength brass coated steel wires, which form a flexible and compact unit. You get a type of finishing and extraction capacity similar to monofilament of 0.30 mm. They provide important advantages: Performance: 50% longer lifetime due to their greater resistance to fatigue. Flexibility: Better adaptation to irregular surfaces. Security: It avoids broken chunks.

The laminated wire is a novelty in the metal brushware industry and it provides an element of comfort and security to the handling of wire brushes. The coating of the wires prevents from being wounded too. It provides a high performance as a result of the reduced level of breakings of the laminated wires compared to an equivalent wire uncoated.

These wires are used for the brushing of stainless steel, aluminium or non ferrous metal surfaces. Stainless steel turned into wire becomes lightly magnetic.
Traction resistance 160-180 Kgs/mm2. Following AISI 304-L regulations.
Available thickness (mm.): 0,15 - 0,20 - 0,30 - 0,40 - 0,50.
We have stainless steel wire following AISI 3016-L regulations and stainless steel cable 7x0,35.

Suitable for soft polishing in silver colour surfaces.
Available thickness 0,08mm.
Copper content: 60-65%; Zinc: 22-25%; Nickel: 11-13%.

Abrasive nylon trims regenerate constantly and offer a uniform finishing during its lifetime.
We have 2 sorts of filaments:
Nylon 6-12 with silicon carbide grains for industrial applications and with 120,180 and 320 grains.
Nylon 6 with aluminium oxide for DIY and with 80 and 150 grains.

Street Cleaning Materials
All of them are manufactured with steel filaments, fibres or a mixture of both materials. Laminated steel permits an excellent brushing in sand and ground pavements. This filament is available in 2 width (2x0,6 and 3,30x0,6 mm) and in 2 length (540 and 600 mm). Crimped steel of 0,70 mm offers a high performance brushing and avoids the marks and scratchs in urban pavements. We offer a large variety of plastic fiber brushes (PLP, Polyester PET, Polyester PBT and Nylon 6.6) with different sections depending on the necessities of the customer.
